Examples of coursework through Winona State University for Edina Realty. All work was done for school credit and not professional purposes.

Challenge 1: For this challenge we were asked to create a campaign to get first-time homebuyers to use Edina Realty as the Realtor when buying thier first home.

 

 

 

For this campaign we created "The Key to Your First Home". Focusing on the easy and simplicity Edina can bring to homebuying. Shown is a  mobile phone App aimed for first-time homebuyers look for a potentioal Realtor

 

 

Challenge 2: For this challenge we were asked to create a campaign aimed at getting new Realtors for Edina Realty.

 

My group and I decided to create a campaign called Be Your Own Boss. We used a #BYOBOSS hashtag and create a bus tour. The overall goal of this campaign was to allow people to picture themselves as thier own boss.

 

To do this we created mirror decals to be placed in busy restrooms, an elevator decal for busy areas, and cardboard cutouts for the stops along the bus tour. Also shown is the bus tour webpage and a direct mail for the bus tour. 

Challenge 3: For this challenge we were asked to convinve home sellers to use Edina Realty as thier broker. 

 

My group created the campaign "Your Move, Our Mission". We did so with the iconic image of a movie box. We were asked to create a direct mail campaign.
